⚑ Pages 38 (locations) and 39 (categories) share one timestamp — 2014-08-01T14:22:56, the
first day of the site — carry zero revisions, and both contain the single word CONTENTS. They
are theme-demo placeholder pages left behind by the Advanced Newspaper import, never written and
never touched again. They are in the sitemap only because they were never deleted. Nothing to
migrate; a rebuild should drop them.
